Raznor.com is an online store specializing in 3D printed products and custom 3D printing services. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Raznor.com and the purchase of products available on the website. By accessing or using the Site and/or placing an order you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

Access to this website is permitted to individuals aged 18 or over.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
All content (text, images, logos, product designs) is the intellectual property of Raznor.com and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

3. Products & Services

Our product range includes 3D printed items made primarily from PLA and ABS. Product images, dimensions and descriptions are provided for informational purposes; actual colors, textures and minor details may vary due to the nature of 3D printing.

Custom 3D prints can be requested through our Printing Service page on the homepage. For prints larger than 30 x 30 cm, customers must contact us directly at info@raznor.com to discuss feasibility, pricing and shipping.

4. Orders & Payments

To place an order, select the products, add them to the cart and complete the checkout process. Orders are accepted subject to availability and receipt of payment.

All online payments are processed securely and encrypted. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Prices & Availability

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Product availability is subject to current stock levels and production capacity; in the rare event an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

6. Production & Shipping

Standard production time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the model and the current workload. Shipping within Italy generally takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times to other European countries may vary.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

7. 3D Printing Disclaimer

For on-demand products that require 3D printing, please note that Raznor.com only provides the printing service and materials. We are not responsible for the content, design, or licensing of the 3D models submitted by customers. Responsibility for ensuring proper rights or licenses rests entirely with the customer. Raznor.com declines any liability for unauthorized or unlicensed use of third-party designs.

8. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized prints are non-refundable, except in the event they arrive defective or damaged.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time as described in the Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@raznor.com and include photos of the item and its packaging. After evaluation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raznor.com shall not be liable for:

Delays or failures in delivery caused by shipping carriers;
Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit;
Improper use of the products that is inconsistent with product instructions or intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
