1. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be:
- In their original condition, unused and undamaged.
- In the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@raznor.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
⚠️ Important: Custom-made or personalized 3D prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
3. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange, send us an email at info@raznor.com with photos of the product and packaging.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
- In these cases, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement.
5. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
